Licensed Health Care Professional Volunteers
The following health care professionals are always needed: physicians (particularly family practice physicians, GYN, and dermatology), pharmacists, dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, certified registered nurse practitioners, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, social workers, dieticians, psychologists, physical therapists, optometrists, podiatrists, chiropractors. Specialist physicians are needed for patient referrals to their respective offices beyond primary care. Each of these appointments must be negotiated one-on-one since there is no network and contracted price for any referral of an uninsured patient.
