Eligibility Requirements
Those eligible for services must live or work in Chester County, meet gross income eligibility of 200% of the federal poverty level and not be eligible for Medical Assistance, Medicare, Veteran’s Benefits, or Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP).

Financial eligibility is reviewed every ninety days, should the patient come for services that often. In the absence of a health insurance card, income documentation serves the entry requirement for each visit. CVIM requires that clients are working. Pay stubs are needed for verification.
