Position Title: Director of Finance-Duties and Responsibilities

Provides overall administration of the day to day financial affairs of the organization. Oversees implementation of and adherence to, financial policies, ensuring legal, financial, compliance and accountability.

  Major areas may include, but are not limited to:

• Management of an effective System of  Internal Controls
• Preparation and Release of Financial Information for Finance Committee and Board
• Establishment and Maintenance of General Accounting System
• Facilitation of Annual General Operating Budget
• Ensures adherence/compliance to Accounting Principles
